These methods are essential components of collegial dialogue, a communication model with elements designed to stimulate deeper expansive thinking and spur innovation, making it a powerful tool for collaboration.

It incorporates various elements such as provocations, prompts, protocols, and scenarios, all designed to facilitate this engagement. Initially, it introduces these concepts through role-playing exercises, which later evolve into genuine authentic experiences. This method ensures that participants not only feel supported but also grow stronger in their ability to communicate, collaborate, and maintain collegial relationships. I provide an accompanying guidebook that provides a structured pathway for this journey.
